Mel and Sue would have been proud. The Enormous Earlsfield Cake Off, organised by Earlsfield Charity Events for Sport Relief, gave amateur bakers a chance to shine.
I was impressed with the results and by the sheer volume of cake. Sadly I couldn't make my way round to sample all the entries, but everything I tried was very yummy indeed. Well done Earlsfield, and congratulations to all the
worthy winners.
