With thanks to Charlie aka Property Monkey on Twitter, further evidence that we can expect a Mexican establishment to join the Garratt Lane line up.

A planning application for a change to the shopfront at 368 Garratt Lane (aka the Peri Peri chicken site), includes a drawing with a large 'Burrito's' sign (yes, that is their apostrophe).

The application is from Fresh Munch Ltd of Thornton Heath, Surrey, who seem only to be associated with this site.
