Mindfulness course for children

A mindfulness course for children is starting next week at Earlsfield Library on Magdalen Road.


Anne writes:

In just 6 hours your child will learn about:
  • How their amazing brain works
  • How to train their mind to focus
  • How to find a steady place
  • How to deal with difficult situations
  • The power of their story-telling mind
  • How to nurture their happiness.
… “paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally.”

Years 5-6 : Wednesdays 4-5pm
Years 7-9 : Wednesdays 5-6pm

The course runs over 6 weeks from Wednesday 13th January. The fee is £120 (Max 20 pupils - price reduces to £100 over 12 pupils) (Sibling discount available).
