Dirty Dozen BBQ Competition at The Leather Bottle

As the sun sets on summer, join the Leather Bottle garden on Sunday 27th of September for a truly special event. 12 of the UK's top chefs will be joining forces to battle it out to reign pork barbecue supremes. It's a team effort though, as six take on the other six, judged by yourselves and a celebrity panel. With the premium pork supplied by experts Dingley Dell, the chefs will also be supported with assistance from catering students from 'a Passion to Inspire' to deliver their 12 dishes to the masses.

There will be full butchery masterclasses on the night with multiple butchers to answer all your meaty questions and cooking queries. An auction to win exclusive prizes donated by the chefs will take place towards the end of the evening. Music from Suffolk folk band the Broadside Boys will have you tapping your feet throughout the whole afternoon whilst you demolish each pork dish.

All monies raised from the auction, donation and tickets will go to Young's charity for the year the Wooden Spoon, and Dingley Dell's charity Teenage Cancer Trust.
