Think global, act (really) local

Urban farming enthusiasts Paradise CO-OP are looking for volunteers to help plant some new trees on their site near Wandsworth Common.

They say:

"What are you doing on Sunday 9th November? Come along to Dobbins field to help up plant our hedgerow trees. We have hazels, blackthorns, crab apples, dog rose and elder to plant."

The trees are some of the three million being given out to community groups by the Woodland Trust over the next four years as part of the First World War centenary.

Find Paradise CO-OP on Facebook for more information.
