Thai Grocer moving to new shop?

A commenter on a previous post asked what was going into the empty shop on the corner of Garratt Lane and Vanderbilt Road.

When I was passing this weekend I noticed it's being branded in Thai Grocer signage. Again, there was no one in to ask so I don't know if this is a new branch or a whether they're moving over. Does anyone have an inside track?

UPDATE: Thanks to fellow blogger LondonRob, who has posted in the comments that: "This is a second branch - will be more cafe with ready meals being sold. The original venue will continue to be more "restauranty"."
