Earlsfield - what do you want delivered?

Meet Krupa, CEO of My Delivery Cab and the second in Go Earlsfield's new Local Traders section. Krupa writes:

A new concept in home delivery has now arrived in Earlsfield and is looking for your input.

My Delivery Cab launched in Balham in June 2012 providing a convenient home delivery service from restaurants and shops that don’t otherwise provide home deliveries. They now work with over 50 local businesses including fine dining restaurants, a butcher, a deli, a bakery and a convenience store.

In Earlsfield, they have started the service for Il Girasole this month and Amirah’s Kitchen on Old York Road is due to start in September.

This concept has opened up opportunities for small business owners that simply would not have been in a position to offer such a service. In addition, local residents benefit from the convenience of the service for a very reasonable £3 delivery charge. Orders are placed via their website: MyDeliveryCab.co.uk. You can access shops that they work with within 2 miles of your home or office, with products delivered to you within 45 minutes, on average.

You will often see posts like this on their twitter feed:

Co-founders are a family team, Krupa, Mitesh and Yogi Patel. They were frustrated that more and more independent small businesses were being pushed off the high street. So they developed a unique way to work with small businesses and give residents access to them.

“We are keen to hear from the community in Earlsfield and get your thoughts on which businesses you would like to see us provide a delivery service for. Please vote below, submit your requests on our website, email us on info@mydeliverycab.co.uk or send us a tweet @MyDeliveryCab.

We will then speak to the owners and try to get the service started ASAP”. ~Krupa, CEO

What local restaurant would you like My Delivery Cab to add?
