Get baking for a good cause

It's time to get out the apron and dust off the rolling pin: the Enormous Earlsfield Cake Off is coming to town.

If you saw recent efforts on the BBC in aid of Sport Relief and thought "I can do better than that" - now's your chance. Earlsfield Charity Events are organising a baking competition and cake sale for all local Paul Hollywoods and Mary Berrys to try their hand.

Entries will be judged by local celebrities Michael Underwood: host of the Heart Breakfast Show (South Coast) and Celebrity Masterchef 2012 finalist; Angellica Bell: reporter on the One Show and Lesley Cox: AKA Holly’s Cupcakes providing SW18 with beautiful and delicious cakes. All monies raised at the sale will be donated to Sport Relief, helping those less fortunate than ourselves both here in the UK and all over the world.
They say:
Three entry categories: under 10, under 18 and adult
Free to enter, please bring your cake entries to Bar 366, 366 Garratt Lane, Earlsfield, SW18 4ES by 1pm for judging.
All welcome to join us at 3pm when winners will be announced. All cakes will then be available to buy. Teas/coffees also available.
(further cake donations for the cake sale gratefully accepted)
Please email earlsfieldcharityevents@gmail.com for further information and an entry form (also available from Bar 366 and committee members).
