Bronze medal for South West Trains?

Consumer body Which? has today released the results of its national train company survey.

South West Trains came what seems like a respectable third for commuter companies, behind London Overground and C2C. However, South West Trains only managed a customer score of 43 per cent. This appears to be largely due to its low ratings for value for money (one out of five stars) and room for passengers (two stars).

Across all services, South West Trains came an unlucky 13th out of 19 companies, with a 47 per cent customer score.
