Now that it's officially summer, it's time for a round up of Earlsfield pubs that offer an outdoor pint. So, in the hope that we might get some sunny weather, here's a run down of the best spots to sup a Pimm's in Earlsfield from North to South along Garratt Lane.
Newly spruced up for the summer, the Jolly Gardeners has a
lovely decked area hidden behind the pub where you can while away the hours and make the most of any summer sun. They also have a BBQ available to hire - contact the team to book.
A favourite for rugby matches, and showing Wimbledon during the summer, the Wandle also boasts
outside space with picnic tables, sun umbrellas, and a ping pong table.
You might not expect this popular bar right by Earlsfield station to offer a beer garden, but its ingenious owners have created a
quirky outside space. It's open from 5pm-9pm (later by arrangement), and can be booked for private gatherings and BBQs.

Visitors to Earlsfield won't be able to miss the Halfway House's stylish outdoor seating area on the Magdalen Road side of the pub. This Young's pub has made the best of a small space to provide an outside space that works for all weathers (useful if 'Wimbledon weather' hits).
Okay, so it's not technically a pub, but it's licensed and it has a lovely courtyard space tucked away on the corner of Garratt Lane and Waynflete Street. A relaxed spot for a cold glass of wine or cheeky cocktail.
Last but by no means least, the
Leather Bottle's garden is one of Earlsfield's gems. Backing onto Garratt Park, this huge
green space has picnic tables, games and activities,
and even beach huts with their own televisions. It's always busy on a sunny weekend and is a
favourite for those looking for a family-friendly space.
