Get Active Wandsworth 2016

The Get Active team write:

"Since it began in 2010, the Get Active Wandsworth Festival (GAWF) has inspired over 35,000 people to become healthy and active.

The festival was established to capitalise on the ‘feel good’ effect expected from the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Hundreds of providers from all over Wandsworth attend the festival showcasing the very best the borough has to offer in sport and physical activity, and it’s absolutely free.

We’re currently planning for the Get Active Wandsworth Festival 2016 which will take place on Saturday 9 July 2016 in

King George’s Park
Wandsworth
SW18 4DN.

The festival will showcase and provide activities for:

• children and families
• young people
• adults
• local sports clubs, organisations and workplaces
• older people
• disabled people
