Northern line to come to Clapham Junction?

That's the latest on the Northern Line extension according to this week's Wandsworth Guardian. They quote Wandsworth and Merton London Assembly member Richard Tracey, who apparently said a connection to Clapham Junction is a matter of "when not if".

Any link to Clapham Junction would take place after the completion of the Kennington-Nine Elms-Battersea Power Station extension. Work on the spur is due to start in January 2015, completing in approximately 2020.

The proposed Clapham Junction extension is included in the Crossrail 2 consultation, currently open for public comment.
